Tue Apr 29		Nice, Friendly, good location	We had a good time at Powhattan Plantation. Rooms were a bit dated, but fine. 2nd bedroom was huge, as were the bathrooms. Had an issue with the dishwasher, but it was quickly resolved. The staff was extremely friendly!! The resort plans a lot of activites each day. We tried the scavanger hunt for kids, but it was just a list to do on their own, so they opted out of it. The indoor pool was crowded, but served it's purpose. The outdoor pool was not open, but looked very intiviting, as they were getting ready to open it for the season. There is a playground on site, but an even better one right down the road! The kids loved it! Ground are very nice. Location is wonderful for ALL the attractions. We visited Colonial WIlliamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and Busch Gardens. It was pretty central to all, but closest to Jamestown. Overall, a nice trip. Could use some updating, but for the price this place fits the bill!!!!
