Excellent accomodations and service | Reserving this property for the weekend was a simple, easy experience. Owner replied very quickly to all questions and requests. Unit was very nicely appointed with new furnishings, working fireplace, marble in kitchen & bathrooms & "extras" such as a well-supplied kitchen and CD player. Unit was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The Silverado staff were some of the best I've seen-- not only efficient and helpful, but pleasant to deal with too - they seem to bend over backward to accomodate any needs (check in/out, housekeeping, arranging activites, etc.). This location was also a great value -- since we live in San Francisco and visit Napa often, I know first-hand that there are many other resorts that charge higher rates for accomodations of lesser quality and service. I plan to make this location a "repeat" in terms of future trips to the Napa Valley. |
