Sun Jun 28		Loved the House just not the Property Mgmt Co	The house was fabulous and it was perfect for our vacation needs. However, Coldwell Property Mgmt should really invest in Customer Service training for their staff. They do not do a good job of explaining their policy and procedures and I found them to be quite difficult and unfriendly on the phone. I will look for a property that uses someone other than Coldwell next time.
