Wed May 27		Memorial weekend	We enjoyed our visit although the AC did not work. After many phone calls to the main desk, we were told the owner would be contacted to receive authorization to replace a broken part. However, we soon found out, the resort had prior authorization but didn't follow through with the owner's request. I believe the resort needs to do more to keep guests happy and the OWNERS happy, as well. Had the AC been working properly, our experience could have been a 5-star.
