Amazing Family Vacation! | We recently stayed at Harbour Lights at Beachwalk resort and the reviews of the whole family was that this was a spectacular place. The owners of Harbour Lights are fantastic and take extra care to ensure that their place is in top notch shape. They went the extra mile to see that the interior of the beachhouse was had excellent finishing touches (unlike some other rentals at Beachwalk). We are a family of 4. Our two boys are turning 5 and 3 this year and each really enjoyed staying at Beachwalk. This is a very friendly place for little kids and there are lots of little activities to make the day pass by. The beach itself is amazing and it was a daily event to pull the wagon with the 2 boys to the beach. Places to eat in the area include the Tree House Restaurant on the way to New Buffalo. Great family friendly place that allows Mom and Dad to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer while the kids play in the sandy "backyard" of the restaurant. All in all a fantastic vacation and one that we look forward to repeating. |
