KAREN MET OR EXCEEDED ALL OF HER PROMISES | We have been vacationing in Florida since 1977. This house has fulfilled all of our requirements. It is located in a beautiful, quiet and secure neighbourhood backing onto a canal. We have had the opportunity to meet the neighbours which we have found to be friendly, welcoming and will offer suggestions on local shopping and restaurants. There are numerous great restaurants all within a short distance of this house. The beach is very close. We have been enjoying this home for the last four years and are pleased to see that Karen reinvests some of the rental income into upgrades to this property each year. Looking forward to our stay there next year. P.S. In the past we have found that other renters over-promise and under deliver. In our experience Karen under promises and over delivers resulting in a stress free and enjoyable vacation. We have no hesitation in recommending Karen and this property to anyone in the future.
