Young man providing service of a lifetime .. | Who would've thought this kid would go the extra mile to provide me and my family with the type of service only someone with the kindest heart can provide. I have heard of Miami being the coldest city when it comes to personality but Jack Ospina Proved me wrong. He really did! He excelled in service although the home was basic and provided me with the necessities to live comfortable for a couple weeks. My father was rushed into surgery after they finally found a liver transplant in Miami. We had searched all over and no one would give is a break. This young man cleaned the home himself because it was too late to call a company. He oppened the doors for us at 4 am and woke us up the next morning to make sure we were ok. All I can say is that maybe we were lucky to find this alternative but maybe its just his approach to all his clients. God bless him and his homes. Rachel in Boston |

Nothign fancy but definately great for the price | The location was great and the actual apartment had everythign we wanted and expected. The price was also very economical. The actual building was ok. Not the best but not the worst. Jack made everything pretty smooth with the move in. We arrived at 3 am and he met us then. I dont know anyone else that would do that. I def will use his services again. Either this unit or all his other propeties. I give a 5 star fo service |
