Renee from Atlanta | I usually don't write reviews but this place is definitely an exception to my rule. Some friends rented Casa Encatada for my Birthday and we stayed there a week. I really don't know where to begin; the house is comfortable and very beachy, the view and the sunsets are amazing (which you can see from the back window of the house). The place is teeming with nature everywhere you look, several varieties of large birds, manatees, porpoise and jumping fish. The town of Palmetto is very charming and the pace is just what you need when you want to slow down and relax. We went to several awesome restaurants on the water and had so much fun. All in all, I think it was my best Birthday yet. Please tell the owners Renee sent you (and maybe I will get a discount the next time I go). Ha Ha. |
