Wedding/Fishing Trip | We attended my neice's wedding in Mt. Pleasant. We had stayed at the same cabin last year for a family reunion and decided it would be another enjoyable weekend to stay there again. Myself, my wife, daughter and her boyfriend along with our 7 year old grand daughter arrived Friday and left on Sunday. My grand daughter and I enjoyed the fishing, as usual. She caught her first catfish (about a one-pounder). She was very excited. She caught a bass, as well as some perch. I caught a couple of crappie. We had a great time. The weather turned bad on Saturday evening, cutting short the fishing and they just stopped biting after that. But we made more memories that weekend and Caitlin was able to go back to school and brag to her fellow first graders that she was the number one fishergirl ever!! |
