Great Place and Owner... | We lived here for a full year prior to it becoming a rental. 4 years ago my girlfriend and I pulled into Hermosa in a U-Haul from Pittsburgh and were living in the Holiday Inn for a few days until Sim accepted a laptop as collateral until our out-of-state checks cleared and allowed us to move in...Unheard of in Hermosa Beach!!!Great times, great place, great location, and great owner...Don't hesitate...Sim does things right and I can vouch for quality appliances especially the reverse osmosis water filtration system. Have fun. |
