Professional and convenient | This was the first time I've rented an apartment during a stay in NYC and it was terrific. This neighborhood is incredible and the best in NYC. It is convenient to the trains, the sites and the park. This owner and her staff are very professional with clear communication and follow through. We met the rep. at the apartment at the time agreed upon and were given a short orientation and exchanged the balance of the rental. Everything was exactly as advertised. The apartment is small and not at all posh, but convenient and has everything you need right down to the Splenda packets and great water pressure. |
