Great house, beautiful location, helpful host | we rented this property for a work retreat weekend. The serene surroundings were perfect for us to relax and work on our project. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The modern kitchen is well equipped. The house was clean and welcoming. We used pretty much all the spaces -- the living room, the porch, the back deck (for lunch) the dining room and of course the wonderful hot tub. The bedrooms are comfortable. We did not need all 9 spaces... but I can imagine the house can easily host 9. The house is a few miles from Woodstock. So, dining out was quite easy. Diane, the owner, was friendly, efficient, quick to respond to queries and very thoughtful. All in all a wonderful experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this charming house. |
