Vineyard dreams | This little cottage makes up for in charm what it lacks in size. It is in walking distance to just about everything in Vineyard Haven, but the walk is up hill. The hill isn't bad, but worthy of note if you happen to be arriving late and tired. The bathroom was very nicely done and the outdoor shower a dream come true. The kitchen held everything we needed to make meals on the island. The beds upstairs were comfy, but the steps to the stairs were a bit steep. The listing said it sleeps six, but that is two people in each of the three beds and would be snug in that cottage. The neighorhood is friendly and charming and helped to make this little cottage a great place to spend our first week on the island. |
