Back Again! | This is the 2nd year in a row staying in this condo with the kids and grandkids. What a great time. Perfect temps for beachwalking in the early morning or at dusk. Beautiful sunsets and clean quiet beach for lazy afternoon snoozes. So much to do or not to do - it is up to you. Classic Car show in Capitola, whale watching (actually 100's of dolphins), MB Aquarium, Sta Cruz Boardwalk, tidepooling in PG, breakfast at First Awakenings in PG - go there! Elkhorn Slough Preserve was a new venture and of course Phil's Clam Chowder in Moss Landing - have the bread bowl. Great memories. The kids had a blast. Looking forward to a "three-peat" in the future. Thank you Skeens for sharing your vacation home. Blessings. |

AWESOME WEEK AT THE COAST | This was a great place to stay - very comfortable, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to make it our "home" for the week. The location away from town and crowds was a blessing for quietness and relaxation. Easy access to the beach and the local tourist hot spots of Carmel, Monterey and Sta Cruz. Loved the firepits for roasting marshmallows with the grandkids. Go to Phils Fish Market in Moss Landing for delicious clam chowder. The weather was spectacular - sunny all 7 days and temps in the high 60's to low 70's. Bring a book, beverage and beach towel and call it Good! We would love to come back again for another family vacation!! |
