Description of the Acapulco vacation condo rental
Luxurious Grand Mayan suite available in Nuevo Vallarta, Acapulco, Riviera Maya (Cancun) and Los Cabos.
Don't confuse this with Mayan Palace. The Grand Mayan is the newest and most spectacular accommodation available at these resorts.
Choose from:
1. Master room with sitting area, balcony, jacuzzi ($795). Just as luxurious as the suites but suitable for up to 4 people with a king-size bed and sleeper sofa.
2. One bedroom suite with ocean view (subject to availability). Includes separate kitchenette, dining area, living room and balcony with soaking pool. Marble bath with jacuzzi. This is a true suite, not an oversized hotel room.($1200)
3. Two-bedroom suite which will sleep up to ten. This unit would be comfortable for two families so you could have an incredible vacation at a bargain price ($1500).
Available year-round including Presidents Week and Spring Break (not available Christmas/New Year's or Holy Week/Easter)
Prices higher Thanksgiving through April. Extraordinary onsite amenities include discounted golf for my guests, free tennis, health spa, waterpark, numerous restaurants, waiter service at pools and beach, entertainment, full children's activities daily.
Each Grand Mayan property features a private beach, onsite restaurants and golf. Tennis is featured at Acapulco. There is a concierge desk providing assistance with everything from cab service to travel arrangements.

Grand Mayan-Acapulco, February 11, 2008 Our room was AMAZING! We were on the 10th and highest floor with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, we chose one with a kitchenette so we could save some money by cooking our own breakfasts. The beach in front of the Grand Mayan is beautiful, the sand is very soft and there is always a warm breeze swaying the palms. The water is very warm and comfortable. If you like to surf I would recommend bringing your board, the waves are great, good shape and long rides. The ONLY drawback to the resort is that it is about 15 minutes from the center of town where you can go to more authentic Mexican restaurants and get a true feel of the city. The food at the resort is good, but not the best for the price you pay. Since we were looking for a very relaxing vacation, the Grand Mayan was perfect, however if you want to hit the clubs and party every night than you are probably better off being more centrally located within walking distance of the nightlife.
Our trip was magnificent! We were so delighted with the accomodations at the Grand Mayan. So much to do right at the resort. The room we had was beautiful. We were on the third floor ocean side, right in the center of the building. Great balcony overlooking everything.
The service at the resort is outstanding. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the waiters, even the lifeguards and security guards. Very friendly! Check in and check out with no pressure and no problems. Wonderful concierge.
We had a car so we drove around Acapulco and were able to do many things. Only a ten minute drive into town. Parking at the resort was fine. We had a very good time!
