• Deposits: 50% Deposit upon confirmation reservation. Balance due 30 days before arrival, or 100% Full Rental, if reservation is made less than 30 days of arrival.**Please note: Required Date/Booking IS NOT SECURE until the require deposit has been received.**Payment Acceptance: MEXICO Bank to Bank money wire transfer. For USA/OOC Bank to Bank money wire transfer to our USA Bank account.(If you are in the USA, we will accept personal checks sent to a USA address, check must clear 30 days prior to arrival).
   
• Other Fees: A REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of $1,500 MX Pesos (approx. $115.00 USD) will be required upon arrival, which will only be use in case of any damages to the property grounds. Deposit will be refunded upon departure. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Written notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail. We cannot take a cancellation via phone.
