-This was our first trip to Acapulco and the Grand Mayan proved to be an excellent choice of hotels. Rooms were clean and spacious and hotel staff was professional and accommodating. The one kilometer pool was beautiful and was within easy access to the beach. The highlight of our trip was our tour guide Roberto Alarcon ([--]) who provided us with all transportation in his roomy clean ford suburban, made all dinner reservations and gave us tours to the many wonderful attractions Acapulco has to offer. (the Cliff divers are a must see) This was indeed a great way to see and learn all about Acapulco and a vacation we will remember always.

My gf and I stayed there in feb '09. Been to Mexico plenty of times but firs time to acapulco. Loved the hotel. Got a long great with the staff and had the best trip yet. I have the photos and videos to prove it if anyone wants to see more.
