In Villa Marlinda, a charming Acapulco vacation rental villa, you will put yourself on a "vacation mode" as soon as you arrive !

The originality about this house is that it has a private 14000 sq ft tropical garden with a stunning view overlooking the ocean and is located in the Acapulco very center. So you will feel so relaxed that perhaps you will not want to move out but if you decide to have some outside activities, you will be physically close to the numerous nearby beaches, attractions and excursions of Acapulco.

Bordered by the garden, the 4.000 sq ft built area is composed of two separate houses: the main house with two independant lodging floors, each with a private swimming pool. And an annex house with one lodging floor and a closed parking below.

The lodging levels are completely independant. Depending on the number of people and budget, you can rent one, two or the three levels together.Ask for the corresponding prices.

- The main house 2300 sq ft second floor, which could be compared to a penthouse, is having 3 rooms (6 people) with a king-size bed, a full shower-room, ceiling fans and air-conditioned.

From the two opposite terraces on this level, covered by an exotic looking "palapa", a roof made with palm leaves, you have two very different views of Acapulco. The QUEBRADA terrace has a private infinity pool with a SPECTACULAR view (for once this superlative corresponds to reality !)of the pacific ocean, the Quebrada cliff, from where the famous divers are jumping daily, and superb sunsets. The Bay terrace offers the classical beautiful view of the Acapulco bay.

Depending on the time of the day,you will choose to have, on one terrace or the other, your drinks and meals, served by our excellent mexican cook...

The living-room, the three bedrooms and the bay terrace are decorated with good taste mexican furniture, paintings and artifacts.

There is an interior dining-room corner in front of the fully equipped kitchen.

- On the main house 1400 sq ft first floor, more simple, you will have a beautiful view of the Acapulco bay and a private swimming-pool. On this level there are 4 bedrooms for up to 8 persons: two bedrooms with a king size bed, full shower room, ceiling fan and two bedrooms with a king size bed and fan, sharing a full shower room. A big living-room, dining-room, and bar with ceiling fans and an equipped kitchen complete this floor. This floor can be rented independantly. Ask for prices.


- There is a separate second house (the annex house), more simple, with a 1200 sq ft lodging level with 3 bedrooms for up to 8 people, with a king size bed, a full shower room and a ceiling fan. Each bedroom has access to a patio bordering the tropical garden. This floor can be rented independantly. Ask for prices.

Finally this property with its big garden and its total of ten rooms can host from 6 to 22 persons for vacation rental or special events: spring breaks, honeymoons, large marriage parties, seminars.

It is available by the week during the Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays, or for 3 night week-ends during the rest of the year.
