Description of the Acton vacation cottage rental

White shingle cottage with Green trim,screened in porch on the two sides faceing the water.
All windows are screened. Side patio has gas grill, picnic table. Has floodlight for nite use.
Lake front is grass with flowerbeds at both ends. Renter is the only one allowed on the property unless invited by renters. Located At Mousam Lake.Great drinking water from 300 ft well test results are posted. No chemical's are added to the water.
Lake front is landscaped and flat with grass front lawn. Flood lights are provided for nite
swimming or bbq under the stars.
Super kitchen with new electric stove, dishwasher, micro wave, and most home applinces.
Bath has shower no tub.
Great fishing even from boat dock.
Beds are made and ready to sleep in, no change of linen is supplied.

ALL DOGS MUST HAVE CAGES OR CRATES AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN,THIS IS A MUST IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG OR DOGS. WE HAD SEVERE DAMAGE LAST YEAR FROM DOGS TRYING TO GET OUT FROM A STRANGE ENVIRONMENT.

Located in wooded area on dead end avenue. Acton Fairgrounds close by. No neighbors on same side of avenue.
1 cottage at end of road and 2 on other side of avenue.
Avenue is a typical quiet country Rd. except on the 4th of July when the lake is lit up with fireworks. A great view of the sunrise over the lake. No traffic, no street lights, A great spot to take it easy and do your own thing. Plenty of parking for your visiters.

ALL DOGS MUST HAVE CAGES OR CRATES AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.THIS IS A MUST IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG OR DOGS. LAST YEAR WE HAD TWO DOORS BADLY DAMAGED FROM DOGS TRYING TO GET OUT WHEN LEFT ALONE IN A STRANGE ENVIRONMENT.

• Deposits: $300.00 non refundable deposit required to reserve cottage balance is to be paid at checkin. a $200.00 security deposit is also required at checkin and will be refunded within 10 days after inspection of property.
   
• Other Fees: Some gas for grill is supplied if you run out there is a refill store across from the fairgrounds. Fishing license is required if you intend to fish.
