Description of the Acton vacation cottage rental

Two separate cottages for the price of one. Gradual sandy beach that is fine for youngsters. Learn to swim out to the float!
The classic main cottage has a fireplace and roomy kitchen.The larger cottage has three bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed. The master bedroom is upstairs with a view of the lake and has a double bed. The third bedroom has a double and a twin. The two upstairs room are private and separated by a stairwell. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The little cottage has one bedroom. There is a pullout queen size sleeper and a chair that can be pulled out for a single bed (probably good for a child).
Each cottage has a kitchen but most of the cooking gets done in the main cottage ( new stove). There is coffee maker and toaster in each place as well as a screened porch with dining space. There are bathrooms with showers in both camps.
Two docks are available, one in front of each camp and plenty of room to tie up a boat or sun yourself. There is a gas grill, a picnic table and another small table for outside dining on level grassy yard.

Small town Maine, easy access to ocean beaches (Wells & Kennebunkport), White Mountains and outlet shopping in Maine or New Hampshire.
Supermarket only 15 minutes. Good Lobster/seafood restaurant available nearby(3 miles.) Lake has the Acton Trading Post for gas and "rusticating necessities " a boat ride away.
Good fishing.
