Cottage style camp. Plenty of parking. Campfire area with fire ring. Cottage has kitchen with Refrig, Toaster, Drip coffee maker, Electric stove, Microwave. Livingroom has TV. Dining/game area away from bedrooms. 3 Bedrooms 1 queen, 1 double bed and one has a double bed with an additional single bunk bed above it. Bathroom has a shower. The open deck is large. It has a high table with chairs for comfortable eating, snacking or just viewing the lake.
Walk down several stairs to the lake. Stairs are lighted in the evening. This property has 100” of frontage with ~30’ of dock. Mousam lake has a public boat ramp if you would like to bring your boat.

13th street is a 2 mile long dead end camp road. At the mouth of the street there are 2 restaurant/bars for eating, watching sports or dancing. Gas station is close by. Mousam lake is 2 sections connected by a tunnel that goes under RT109. One General store on the lake that has Docks for getting boat gas, subs pizza and much more. Go 10 miles to get to grocery stores, more restaurants and shopping.
