This is a 3 bedroom house, right on the water. Wonderful enclosed porch with a great view of the main lake. Dock that hold 2 boats or use to swim from. Additional mooring too. Parking for 3 or more. On side road that's a dead end so no traffic.

13th street is a 2 mile long dead end camp road. At the mouth of the street there are 2 restaurant/bars for eating, watching sports or dancing. Gas station is close by. Mousam lake is 2 sections connected by a tunnel that goes under RT109. One General store on the lake that has Docks for getting boat gas, subs pizza and much more. Go 10 miles to get to grocery stores, more restaurants and shopping.
