The town of Aguadilla is located in the North West coast of Puerto Rico. Where our condo is located, is known as the 'Garden of the Atlantic.' The name comes from the colorful sponges and marine life prevalent in this area. It is also internationally known for its world-class surfing beaches. Aguadilla’s most popular surfing beaches are Gas Chamber and Wilderness. Crash Boat Beach, directly below the condo, where Puerta del Mar is a sitting approximately 300 feet above sea level. Only I mile of distance from the beach. Other spectacular beaches, Las Ruinas (The Ruins), Surfer's Beach and more are nearby (5-15 minutes). Visit the “Punta Borinquen Golf Course' located on cliffs overlooking the Aguadilla Bay and only a 10 minute drive from Puerta del Mar Villas. Shopping, Watersports at Crash Boat Beach include jet ski, banana boat, SCUBA diving, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, water parks(Las Cascadas), iceskating ring, restaurants,bowling, horse back riding, bike trails and many other tourist attractions and activities are nearby.

• Deposits: • Deposits: All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental price, payable at time of booking. The rental balance plus a $200 refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date, except for certain peak days/weeks (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter). For peak dates, the rental balance and secuirty deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out.
   
• Other Fees: Cancellations: All Cancelations must be reciving in writing. Initial reservation deposit is fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.Cancellations that are made 30 -45 days prior to arrival date will be subject to $200.00 cancellation fee.Written notice of cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival date forfeits all sums paid.
