Description of the Aguadilla vacation villa rental

Truly memorable vacations are those that are stored forever in our hearts and bring instant smiles to our faces. At Casa Borinquen del Mar (CBM) we strive to make your family vacation memorable by providing you with a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view villa that features ample space to easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

Among some of the highlights of this 5 star rated property are the full service kitchen with complimentary “welcome refreshments” for our guests, as well as a family entertainment room with cable TV and free high speed wireless internet access, laundry facilities with detergent, dining room, living room and two outdoor balconies to admire the beautiful scenery.

The home has graciously hosted wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, honeymoon vacations, and once in a lifetime family reunions. CBM has a total of 5 beds (3 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds). For your convenience, we currently have a professional grade wall mounted A/C unit located in the master bedroom and are working on installing A/C units to the rest of the bedrooms by the summer of 2013.

Area Information

PUNTA BORINQUEN GOLF-COURSE

Located in the former Ramey Air Force Base, this 18-hole course is one of the best maintained and breeziest on the island.The fees are relatively inexpensive, which makes the course very accessible. There is no need for a tee time reservation, and clubs are available for rental. Only soft spikes are allowed here

RAFAEL HERNANDEZ AIRPORT (BQN)

This property is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the airport. You will find major car rental agencies in-house as well, including Enterprise.

MARRIOTT COURTYARD CASINO

The Casino at the Marriott features some blackjack tables, roulette, and slot machines.

THE AGUADILLA ICE SKATING ARENA AND WATER PARK

Was opened in 2005 and is a multi-purpose facility, with the first floor being occupied by the ice skating rink, two fast-food restaurants, a retail sport shop, an arcade and a conference room. The second floor is home to a boxing club, a music room for the city band and a health and fitness area for women.

I have to say the pictures dont do justice to this fabulous house thank you, Luisyour prompth response when we inquired on your property and for letting us enjoy your home it was very spacious . We had a family gathering and our family fell in love with it the only thing it was missing was a pool in the big yard plenty of room for it .I stay in the master bedroom we had a salsa lesson in that room thats how spacious it is .. I recommend this place you feel right at home i definately will stay here again when i go to see my family . We were a family of 7 and theres enough room for 7 more lol ...nice tourist area around the property as well .And the care taker a very nice man very helpful It was a pleasure doing business with you continue blessing others with your property

DREAMHOUSE IN PARADISE.WHAT ELSE WOULD YOU NEED?

We (family of 5) arrived on 3/10/12 around 4pm to the home.Directions to the home are spot on and very easy to arrive to.House is as described.Absolutly beautiful.Beatiful kitchen with modern appliances.There was even a pack of real Puertorrican coffee there for us to enjoy.Rooms are spacious and the Master... bedroom is crazy huge with a balcony that gives you some oceanviews while the sun is up.Just wished there were a few chairs in the balconies to enjoy the sunsets and cool breezes flowing around the house.House is gated for privacy if you feel the need to have some.The backyard is huge and lawn is very nice.Perfect if you would like to have an afternoon BBQ.Met the caretaker(who lives right across the street,Mr.Florencio.One of the nicest people I have met)Never in your face,but always there when you need him.House is in so close to some of the most beatiful beaches in PR.Jobos beach is less than 10 minutes away,Crashboat Beach 20 mins,Punta Borinquen,15 mins.Plenty of restaurants around the area(theres one down the block that makes an amazing Mofongo) and plenty areas to buy supplies or clothing if needed.All in all,best place I have stayed in PR in a very long time.Dont hesitate,just go for it.You will not regret it.Unless you rather spend a week in a HoJo with your kids in a double room with no privacy and at a higher rate..... Just sayin..... Thank you Luis for sharing your beautiful home with us.If the chance arises again,we will be calling you.See you around...
