New Construction 3 bd 2 ba located on the 1st hole of the Sierra Meadows golf course, Clubhouse amenties like, pool, spa, tennis courts, golf course, 3 private catch and release ponds for fishing a small cafe (all at a nonimal fee) Stay in Luxury while visiting the great outdoor.

This home is great for all season's in the winter you can pack up yur snowboard and skis and take a 90 min drive to Badger pass or if you just want to play in the snow Fish Camp is only 17 miles away.

Summer here has lot to do, with Bass Lake only 20 mins away or go white water rafting on the Merced River. Bring your fishing pole, boat or jet ski (or rent one at the local marina) and have a wonderful day at the Lake. Take a ride on the sugar Pine Railway, stay for dinner and enjoy the show.

Oakhurst (located 3.5 miles) is a town with a lot to offer, all the comforts of home with Raley, Vons, Gottschalks, Jamba Juice or Starbucks and great resturants. The quaint town of Mariposa is only 30 mins away see the working stamp mill with old mining equipment, historic museums, building, carriages and wagons and remember, Chukchansi Casino is only 20 mins away with lots of Slots, Poker and great resturants.

If you not in the mood to go anywhere the house has (2) Barbecue's on the back patio or just sit in the private Hot tub overlooking the golf course (public).
