Description of the Ahwatukee vacation condo rental

This condo is located in a resort-like complex which has beautiful paths, lush trees, 2 pools, 3 spas, 2 gyms, 2 lakes and exclusive walking paths. It is a great location, you will enjoy being walking distance to Fry's Supermarket (private path going to shopping complex and no street to cross) and 2 other grocery stores; Safeway & Trader Joes. There is also some great restaurants, pharmacy, Hair & Nail salons, Dollar Store, Yoga Studio and more.

Area Information

Ahwatukee Foothills, one of the 15 villages designated by the City of Phoenix is located only 12 minutes south of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The village is bound by I-10 to the east along with the cities of Chandler and Tempe, to the north is South Mountain and the Gila River Indian Reservation to the west and south. The picturesque setting is perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, golfing. Outdoor sports are year round here.

A short drive away from our condo, you can hike South Mountain trails or you can enjoy one of the many Golf Courses nearby. Not too far on Ray road, you have many stores including Ross, JC Penney, Best Buys, BevMo, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target etc. Easy access to I-10 and Loop 202 freeways. You will fall in love with Ahwatukee!

Clean and welcoming place

After so many hours of traveling, it was very comforting to get into this nice condo. First impression is the cleanliness of the place and all the little attentions left by the owners Lucie & Daniel. There was information letting us know how to get food nearby, restaurants, walks or any other outdoor activities. Little attentions were there to ease our arrival: tissues, body and dishwasher soap, shampoo, toilet paper, shopping bags... Then, the next morning, we saw how nice it was outside, everything was so well groomed. It already felt like home, we knew right away that this place would please us for a long stay and it did!

Quiet and comfortable

So pleasant We really spent a nice vacation in Arizona. A big thank to Lucie et Daniel who made this possible. They love Arizona and they shared that love with us. The condo is very comfortable with all the necessities and more. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is sunny and quiet. It is very well located with easy access by feet to grocery stores, restaurants & shopping. One day trip activities are also possible such as touring in Phoenix, Sedona, Scottsdale or hiking in the mountains or in the desert. There are also many golf courses nearby. We highly recommend Lucie and Daniel's condo to discover Arizona.

Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ahwatukee. Lucie & Daniel's condo is very well located. Walking distance to a mall for the grocery shopping with a variety of stores and restaurants. The property is very clean and well maintained. We really felt like at home. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family.
