• Deposits: Fully Refundable Security Deposit - $800 Cleaning Deposit - $300 ($100 is non-refundable) The rental agreement will also serve as the reservation and needs to be signed as soon as you decide to move forward. The deposits will be due at time of reservation and the rent will be due upon arrival and key release. If you decide to stay for longer than the initial rental term, we can ammend the rental agreement to accomodate you.
