2-3 bedrooms ( one room is off the main bedroom and may be used as an office, den, or third bedroom).
One bathroom . Wood floors, central air and heat. Gas fireplace in living room. Seperate dining room. Kitchen has been recently updated with granite counter-tops and new appliances. The house has lots of natural light and the kitchen has a vaulted ceiling with sky-light.
Fenced back yard.
All linens and kitchen equipment provided.

Cottage is located in the historic district two blocks from S. Boundary and one from Colleton Avenue. Easy walk to charming down town shops and restaurants.
Horse district and famous "Track Kitchen" within easy access.
1/2 hour from Augusta and golf events.
