Description of the Ajijic vacation home rental

This house was built in 2007 and is locaed in the luxurious subdivision of upper Chula Vista. The owner occupies the property year around but wishes to spend march and april of 2008 traveling to the states and europe.

The house is a two story with a very large master bedroom and bath upstairs and has two terrazas connected to the master bedroom, one of which is covered. In addition, the second floor also houses a small library. Downstairs, an additional bedroom and bathroom suite with large walk-in closet can be found.

A Large covered terraza extends from the greatroom on the first floor. The kitchen contains granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, pass thru window to the outside terraza on which both an eating area and couch/seating area can be found.

The home is equipped with satellite TV from the U.S., computer access, vonage phone service free of charge, weekly maid service, gardener. Fans in all rooms and terrazas. A/C
