Description of the Alanya vacation apartment rental
This posting is for a summer house in the Long Beach area (Sahil Siteleri) of Kusadasi. The price is $75/night. It can comfortably house between 4-6 people. No deposit is required.
The house is available for rent during 2008 summer season (July - September 2008).
I am the owner of the house so there are no broker fees or whatsoever. If you stay a week, your total will be $525, no other costs.
The house is located in 5 minute walking distance to one of the cleanest beaches in the Mediterranean. It is close to major hotels such as Batihan and Prelude.
The house has 2 floors (2 bedrooms). Downstairs is the kitchen and the living room and one restroom. Upstairs is the 2 bedrooms and another restroom. Approximate square footage is 700. (75 m2 in Turkish terms). Outside the house, there is a large covered patio with outdoor seating furniture.
The house is fully furnished with all the house appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove), 4 beds, couches in the living room and a TV. Hot water is also available. All you would need to bring are your clothes.
Public transportation to Kusadasi is available by minibus. Minibus stop is a minute walk from the house. From Kusadasi, Izmir is 1.5 hours with a bus. Izmir Airport has direct flights to all major European hubs.
