This place is absolutely one of the best kept secrets in Maine. It is close to shopping. Right out the front door you can go to the pond and fly fish for 2-3lb brookies or you can take your bird dog on a world class Pheasant, Quail or Chukar hunt. There are also tw0 registered Maine Guide on the premise you can hire to take you out in the drift boat to fly fish the upper Androscoggin or they can take you out on their property to to hunt for what ever is in season! The lodge itself is very spacious and clean. Anybody going here for a stay will not be disappointed.
