Description of the Albrightsville vacation chalet rental

Our clean and spacious mountain getaway home in Towamensing Trails sits on a quiet street. Our home is great for a weekend or weekly family getaway. Our Chalet includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, and a spacious livingroom with a stone fireplace.

Our amenities include:
Master bedroom with queen bed and deck
2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 sets of bunkbeds ( twins on top and fulls on bottom), additional 4th room with a full size futon
Livingroom with wood fireplace, 42" HDTV with digital cable & DVD
TV’s and cable in all bedrooms, plus 2 additional DVD’s
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, dinnerware, paper products, and a gas grill on patio
Small multi purpose ping pong/air hockey table
Gaming system with variety of games, library of DVD’s, board games, and puzzles
Basketball and volleyball
Horseshoe pit in our backyard
Ceiling fans in every room
Linens provided

This is a NONSMOKING, NO PETS house.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
You must leave the house in clean condition.

Area Information

Towamensing Trails includes 195 acre lake for swimming, fishing, paddleboats (available to rent), beach, pool, play area, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. There is also a clubhouse with game room and restaurant.

Bring the family for a weekend or week stay and relax by the lake and pool. We are five minutes from white water rafting where you can spend the day on the Lehigh Valley River. You might also enjoy spending the day at Camelbeach Water Park or zip line through the trees. Hickory Run State Park is a short distance away where you can hike or go biking on the trails. Other attractions that are close by are Split Rock Lodge where you can have fun at the H20ooo indoor water park. Come see a show at Penns Peak or for the shoppers, enjoy shopping at The Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville, approximately 20 minutes away. Historic Jim Thorpe (a town that has shops, restaurants, and daily train tours), Pocono Raceway, golfing, horseback riding, Mt. Airy Casino and much more all within miles of our home!

The owner provided quick and detailed information. She was very helpful with the areas activities and rules. We especially liked that the house was very clean. The owner returned our security deposit promptly. Overall it was a good experience. We will likely stay at this house again. It was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Home

My family and I (12) spend a long weekend here, skiing, snowboarding, tubing and water park. This property is beautiful. clean, bright, modern and set up for families. The great room with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan to kitchen and dining area was perfect for coming together, with plenty of seating for for dining together. Decorated in tune with the setting, with nice heavy bedroom furniture. Kid friendly with air hockey, and ping pog table along with a gaming system. Heather and Mike were a pleasure to work with, and they porvided details for closing up, so that the steps are easy to follow. . Kitchen was very well stocked with all things needed for large group. The best feature? No need to bring linens. We only packed towels for the bath and waterpark! They even provided directions to local market. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Pocono House

There is really have something special with this mountain house. Ten of us spent a long weekend skiing, boarding, playing games and hitting the outlet center. The house was perfect for relaxing in front of the fire and spending good times with friends. It's clean, comfortable and has the perfect decorative touches for a mountain house. The owners clearly want you to enjoy yourself and make it easy to just bring towels and food because the house is so well appointed. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, beautiful views. I was very appreciative of the hairdryer too. It’s the little touches that make a difference. I would highly recommend!

New Year Holiday

The property was spotless and in great conditions. The bed rooms were spacious and the downstairs floor plane created a great gathering place for the entire (12)family. The location is minuts away from the ski resorts and indoor water park. Also last but not least the rental transaction was hassle free and well handled by the owner. Would definitley rent again, had lots of fun.
