An attractive, Two-storey, Four Bedroom, Two Bath story 4 Mountain Lodge. The setting, and surrounding area is simply breathtaking! House boasts Living Room, Full Kitchen and Dining, Den and Game Room with a pool table, darts, board games, cards, puzzles, movies, books and more. House has big screen TV, regular TV and DVD/VCRs. Our home is exceptionally well-stocked are overstocked with all cookware, dishes, cutlery, appliances, etc. that one might expect in a well-appointed home. This gorgeous Country Home is set just a few hundred meters off Stony Ridge in the Towamensing Trails Community. The backyard of this property abuts a 15,000 acre, pristine, wild-life reserve. The comfortable Chalet is in a private community which has a Clubhouse with Restaurant and Bar, Pools, Snack Bar, Locker Rooms, a 200 acre Private Lake with Boat Rentals and Fishing. There are Streams and hundreds of square miles of State Forest land within a shor distance. An exceptionally nice Poconos' Rental home. We go out of our way to make sure our Rental Homes are in immaculate condition. We are Pet Friendly, But, there is No smoking inside of the home. All occupants must be over 25 years of age, or accompanied by their parent to reside in our homes. ID is required
