Lower level bathroom contains jacuzzi, washer and dryer.

House is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets, towels, dishtowels, linens and paper products.
House is available for rent for new Years celebration. The rental dates are from December 29th to January 2rd. The rental fees are $3000 plus $500 refundable deposit.

I contacted Keith 5/11 with an inquiry for the property for 6/1. He responded promptly the same day. I informed him that I was booking the property for a friend whom didn’t check her emails regularly. By 5/16 I sent out the deposit to hold the date. On 5/23 he informed me of a form that needed to be filled out to enter the property. He told me to put my name on the form, since I had made the initial inquiry and “it’ll mess up my paperwork”. I was able to return the form with the driver’s names and all vehicle plates to him in 5 days, 5/28. When I submitted the form to him he said “so where is the license”. I had sent him my license before but he also wanted my friend’s license, which I explained I would provide in a day’s time. I put my name on the form as he instructed yet he replied back “you now have your name on form with no phone numbers”. Apparently I missed the field with the phone numbers. He also responded “If your friends are under 25 I will turn them away at the door”. I wasn’t sure why he mentioned this, as I previously reassured him that the renters are all in their thirties. Apparently all of this wasn’t enough to pacify him. He called me the very same day 5/28 to inform me that he cancelled the reservation and returned the deposit. I understand his concern although I wish he had been more professional and thorough in his communication with me. It left me with no reservation for my friend’s vacation in 4 days. Being that the entire group was looking forward to this vacation and everyone had adjusted their schedule, I was left to scramble for another reservation. Luckily we are repeat customers at another property with 5 bedrooms and I was able to secure the payment and proper documents in 2 days time, just in time for the weekend! What a relief to me and the family. Everyone would have been so disappointed. Although the owner of this property promptly returned my deposit of $300 he left me in an inconvenient situation. I will not be contacted him again for a rental.

Great getaway home in gated community. We vacationed with 4 adults and 6 children, tons of extra room. Home was super clean and updated. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a bonus game room with Commercial quality Air Hockey. Tastefully furnished, plenty of linens were provided. Close to skiing and snow tubing. Great communication provided by Landlord. ***A recommended destination***

This house was perfect. We had 5 families on this trip and the house was big enough for all of us. The kids liked playing in the basement with the air hockey and pool table. There are tons of deer to look at. One night a whole pack of deer(14 at once) came right up to the deck. We had a blast. I would recommend renting this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious place that is close to JFBB and Blue Mountain. We went to Blue mountain and it took about 30 min to get there. Thanks!!!
