Beautiful three story lakeview contempory located in Towamensing Trails. First floor has sleeper sofa, wet bar, washer/dryer, full bath. Main level has living room, tv/dvd, surround sound stereo, eat-in kitchen, large master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, full bath. Decks located outside living room, master bedroom & kitchen. Two propane fireplaces (one on lower level, one on main level). Third floor has loft with futon sleeper, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Decks out of one bedroom & loft. Renters must be over the age of 25.
Beautiful 195 acre lake, stocked for fishing(PA fishing license needed.) Pool, playground, lake, clubhouse just a short walk across the street.
