Description of the Albrightsville vacation home rental
The outdoor hot tub is a special treat any month of the year. It faces the lake, but is secluded under a deck.
The rental includes the use of a rowboat and the fishing is good in a very clear, serene mountain lake. Swim, boat, and fish right at your door.
House has everything you need for fun - DVD/VCR/CD/Cable TV, gas grill, fireplace and fire pit - wood included. It even has a game room with foos ball, electronic darts, electronic basketball,skee ball, air hockey and even a slot machine.

Quiet lake retreat

TwinBridges was a great house and we had a good time relaxing there. The house is very well kept and comfortable. We used the rowboat on the lake; a few small fish were caught. There is no beach, but young adults enjoyed swimming - they brought water shoes to protect their feet in the rocky areas. There is a lot to do in the area: the boulder field in Hickory Run State Park was awesome and we had a great time in Jim Thorpe. Excellent communication from our hosts!

Cozy home with all you need for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful experience for our first time in the poconos at this lovely, cozy home. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Walks around the lake, row boating, fishing. Nights around the firepit roasting goodies and relaxing time in the hot tub. The game room gave us plenty of fun time as a family and the hammock was a nice touch for relaxing and reading. Hickory Run is a much see, the beautiful waterfalls and trails were wonderful. Would have liked to swim in the lake but alage would not allow this but Hickory Run has a nice beach with restrooms, volleyball nets and food. Would suggest that you bring most of your food, plan out meals and bring in cooler to freeze and a GPs. Grocery stores are quite far and on expensive side. Half hour each way. Overall, had an amazing relaxing time at Twinbride. Great for families wanting time together, much to do. House alone kept you busy, Camelback waterpark a plus and whitewater rafting lots of fun. Thank you Maryjo for allowing us the use of your beautiful home and for your patience with our questions and all the information you provided. great vacation

we had a great week. The house is beautiful. No details were overlooked. we caught lots of fish in the lake and the kids especially loved the gameroom. Seemed like the a/c was not strong enough for the size of the house, but it is probably sufficient most of the time, we just picked a week that happened to be very hot and humid. All in all it was a great getaway and I would not hesitate to rent here again!

The outside area was very enjoyable with a lot yo do. You can roast marshmallows while talking to people in the hot tub or up on the deck. There was a hammock in the garage but we didn't realize it until we did our closing checklist. Wish we had known! The lake was a little small but nice for beginner kayakers or kids. Hickory run park is a must see and not far. Jim Thorpe is also not far. House was as expected and clean. Liked the signs in the house that reminded you of some of the 'rules'.

Just a great getaway

This was our second time back to Twinbridge, We had such a good, relaxing time at the house. The house is a very comfortable, casual place to spend time with the family. We were able to enjoy Big Boulder ski area, which is only 15 minutes away, enjoy the view of the lake, watch the snowfall from the hot tub, we could cook at the house or enjoy several restaurants that are very close, overall it was a great getaway, one that my family looks forward to every year. thanks so much

We had a great weekend in this perfect vacation home. The house was clean and in good condition. Lots of amenities. Despite yet another snowstorm we made it up there with no problems and spend a relaxing weekend with friends, snow tubing with the kids, cross-country skiing around the lake, and topping off our days soaking in the luxurious hot tub. We hope to return again to experience summertime by the lake.

We had a great time at TwinBridge. The house was clean and spacious. Very private and quiet. The game room was a hit especially since we had some rain. We had a fun time fishing in the crystal clear lake. I've never seen lake water so clear! We enjoyed the hot tub and campfire also - can't think of anything this house didn't have. Relaxing Weekend

My fiancee and I loved the house. It was clean and cozy and we loved the hot tub outside the bedroom, the fire place, the fire pit and the game room. The lake was beautiful and you can see it from from the deck and backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to other renters. You will surely enjoy your stay. Cant wait to come again

Peaceful Serenity

We stayed here the last week of August 2009. This home is very clean with a nice layout. The attached garage was converted into a game room that we enjoyed very much and is a nice complement to the available amenities. There is a hot tub on the patio outside of the master bedroom that was great for relaxing in the evening. The home is at the perfect location on the lake. The property adjoins the land that is about 100 feet from the twin bridges and provides for easy access to the lake and good fishing. The community is very quiet and we had a very relaxing week at this wonderful home. We highly recommend this home and hope to spend some time there in the future.

The lake house was very private and peaceful. My kids (now 24 and 27) enjoyed the vacation with us and brought back wonderful memories of our vacations when they were younger. We enjoyed the boat, caught fish, played in the game room, and loved the hot tub and the fire pit. This is a great place for kids and adults of all ages.

I run a mechanics shop 70 hrs. a week and all i wanted was peace and quiet. Thats what i found. I had a very realaxing time....The house was better than expected..At night the fire pit was alot of fun to watch from the hot tub....Not to mention during the day the lakes are full of exellent fishing...
