Description of the Albrightsville vacation home rental

This clean and inviting 5 bedroom/2 bathroom 2600 sq. ft house has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Families with children or couples looking for a week vacation or weekend away - this house is perfect! Three families or five couples will comfortably enjoy this house.

The lower level has a queen bedroom, a bunk bed room that sleeps 5, and a full bath. Both rooms have ceiling fans, TVs and cable. Also on this level are a laundry room and a large game room.

Enjoy a movie in surround sound on the 50" TV or play a game of ping pong, Playstation 2, or foosball. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the activities. Move out onto the deck to sit on the hammock swing or in the rockers and enjoy the wildlife that surrounds the house.

The upper level has another queen bedroom, another bunk bed room that sleeps 4, and a master queen bedroom with its own private entrance to the full bathroom. All these rooms have ceiling fans, TVs and cable as well. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and another large TV with a DVD player.

Both the bunk bed rooms have a full bed as well as twins.

The kitchen and dining area seat 12 with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The second floor has another deck with patio furniture and a gas grill.

Celing fans in every room and air conditioning upstairs!

We do not rent to prom groups!

Sorry - Our home is NOT available for New Year's weekend - December 30 - January 3.

Towamensing Trails is a great development! There is a beach, pool, game room, restaurant, tennis, basketball, and lots of other outdoor activities.

Please note! The dam construction will not be complete until late Fall. There will be no fishing, boating, or swimming permitted in the lake until Spring, 2010.

Minutes away are the slots casino, concert venues, restaurants, horseback riding, outlet shopping, white water rafting, skirmish, indoor and outdoor water parks and so much more!

The house comes with canoe, tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketball, and volleyball.
Tennis courts and basketball courts are both within walking distance and volleyball net is right on the beach!
You will not be able to access the lake next summer for fishing, boating, or swimming. However, the sandy beach will still be open for those who want to work on their summer tan. In addition, the pool will have longer scheduled hours.
There are two lakes in Hickory Run State Park; one has an extensive sandy swimming area. There are several streams for fishing enthusiasts. Hickory Run is about a 10-minute drive from the Trails.
Going a little further out (20 to 30 minutes), just passed Jim Thorpe; you will find the Mauch Chunk Reservoir for swimming and boating, picnics and camping. At about the same distance you have the very large Beltzville Lake. This lake also offers swimming,boating, fishing and picnicking areas.
There are many other State Parks and lakes in our area within a short drive.
The children’s play areas will remain open as well as the ball field near our maintenance
building.
Most importantly, there will be virtually no disruption to the vast majority of our Community. You are here to enjoy the beauty of our Community and the surroundings of your neighborhood. That will not change, so enjoy !!
