Description of the Albuquerque vacation home rental

Come and stay at our Elegant Estate for budget conscious travelers! House of Peace and Love is a 5,000 sq. ft private estate with beautiful views of the Rio Grande River Valley and the Sandia Mountains. We are minutes from the tram for great skiing, gambling, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, world class shopping and intimate dining. We currently offer 3 guest rooms, each room carries within it a unique personality and charm. Guests have full use of: kitchen, breakfast room, dinning room, BBQ, beautifully appointed common areas with art, water treatments, hot tub, pool table, laundry facilities, video library, an eclectic international flavor, and beautiful grounds.

• Other Fees: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all reservations. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival. If cancellation is requested on or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued less the 25% cancellation fee. Cleaning fees between $25-$150 are required varying by occupancy and length of stay.
