Description of the Albuquerque vacation home rental
Beautiful vista view of the Sandia Mountains New home in Bernalillo, a quaint town just North of Albuquerque, where the balloons from Balloon Fest just might fly directly over. Quiet area but close to shopping and highways, 550, 528, I-25, Railrunner, Santa Ana Casino.
Spacious yet cozy southwest inside, and patio outside overlooking the Sandias where you can enjoy your own personal happy hour.
Three bedrooms, one king and two twin beds (one in each bedrm). Will provide an inflatable mattress for fifth person, if needed. 1850 square feet plus two car garage, and backyard with outdoor patio.
15 minutes to Albuquerque, 40 minutes to Santa Fedrive or take the train either way to downtown areas.
If you are traveling for Balloon Fest, you might get lucky and have them fly directly over.
If you are traveling for business with Intel, you are less than ten minutes away.
If you are traveling to enjoy different parts of the enchanting state of New Mexico, you will be centrally located with easy access to highways, close to Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Neighborhood park with basketball court is one block away.
Other local areas are Rio Rancho - (shopping and Intel) and Corrales, a bedroom community with a winery and cozy eateries, Bernalillo is adjacent to the Santa Ana Indian reservation, home of a beautiful casino and an exclusive GOLF / SPA resort, hotel and restaurant, called Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa.
Local grocery chain and Walmart only one mile away.
The RailRunner train stops in Bernalillo so you can travel easily to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Belen, and the Hard Rock Cafe on the Isleta Indian Reservation.
The balloons from the Balloon Park do fly directly over this area when the wind is blowing north. It is a breath taking site to see them fly right over your patio and out in the vista below.
