Description of the Albuquerque vacation home rental
Any place you want is less than 15 minutes from this quiet, safe neighborhood: Balloon Fiesta, Big-I, UNM, law school, med. school, downtown, airport, old town. Large backyard, 2BR, 1BA, friendly southwestern home. 1300 sq.ft.

The Space
Very friendly, usable space. Two living areas, full kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, bath is a tub/combo. The backyard is huge and pets OK.

Really, this is the best location you can find. We have the unique blend of easy driving and parking, while still being close to everything.

Two driveways, one big enough for RV, nice patio furniture in back. Fireplace room has futons that convert to beds. King-size bed in master, queen in 2nd room. Excellent heating and cooling.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole house. Washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, large back yard big enough for parties. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, golf course, 2 parks, jogging and biking trails.
Interaction with Guests
We are nearby if you need us. (About ten minutes away).
The Neighborhood
When you click on "street view" on this site, it doesn't show you our neighborhood; ours is much better. The large streets and big lots give you breathing room in this established area.
Getting around
If you're going to have fun on vacation in Albuquerque, you have to have a car. Our house is as public-transit friendly as any.
We provide a really nice paper on things to do in town.
