Description of the Alexandria vacation home rental

Fully furnished home at your disposal. Bring as many of friends as you'd like. Save on eating out by cooking when you'd like in loaded kitchen.There are 5 bedrooms available. In the second floor there is the Master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet and full bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has king bed.One bathroom is for this three bedrooms. In the first floor there is 1 bedroom with a King bed and third full bathroom. There are two queen sleeper sofa in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, and separate dining room with 10 chairs .We have a spacious driveway for parking. You are renting the fully furnished home include washer and dryer.
Reservation required at least one month in advance ,one rental agreement by both parties.We required $ 250.00 refundable security deposit.

NEAREST MAJOR CITY: WASHINGTON DC ( 12 MILLES)
Less than to 2 mile to Historic Mount Vernon home to the first president, 15 minutes away from major amusment park and water park, near historic Old Town, easy access to hiking trails and boating off the Patomic River, 15 minutes to metro that gives you easy access to all of DC's museums and free events year round.

We had a party of 10 people staying at the house. We all fit and had plenty of room. The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with soap and shampoos. The laundry room was stocked with soap as well. Carlos was more than generous with his offer of rides to the store/metro station. We loved this home!!

This was the best house we had ever rented for vacation! The pictures does not do it justice. House was very large and everything is up to date.The only complaint was that there was not a hammock in the back yard.I'm sure if we had mentioned that to Carlos,he would have found one for us.LOL Carlos was very nice and helped with anything we needed help with.If we make it back to DC or VA we will certainly stay there. Quiet street and a great place to relax.

Coming from all over the US, our family needed a place to stay. We chose this rental but were skeptical because you can't always tell from pictures. It was an absolutely beautiful place and we had a sad but great visit. There is plenty of room, a fabulous kitchen and is highly furnished even shampoo and soap. Carlos is a very gracious host and offers to help you in anyway he can. This is a very convenient but quiet location to the capitol, Arlington and many other points of interests. Old Towne has lots to see and great places to eat. You won't be sorry you selected this rental.

Excellent for a large family

My wife and I were taking our 5 children (ages 12 to 4) down to DC for a mini-vacation and I dreaded the idea of staying in a hotel. There are just too many of us! Carlos' house was plenty spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. We could spread out and not trip over each other. The house itself is very clean and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to the Metro and Mount Vernon (a trip I hope to take next time). We will be taking the kids down again next year and will definitely rent again. I would recommend this to anyone.

House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend. It has plenty of room. BUT only 1 TV so be prepared to share shows & the PC since it uses the TV as its monitor. Everything was great!!!! Close enough to the metro to get to DC easily. Rental is minutes away from George Washington's House(Mount Vernon). Wasn't planning on going there, but it was so close and a very nice trip. They have a large river boat at his mansion that will take you out into the Potomoac for $9. Pleasant surprise.

grandparents, parents, teenagers, friends all had a good time the house is very spacious for wide turns, carlos added ramps into house to access 2 levels and back yard- the bathroom doorway is not w/c accessible. the kitchen is fully loaded with cookware and dinner ware, dining room table looks great fully set for family dinner- 12 chairs. nice cold air, great tv, computer. many local things to do and dc- take public transport, no easy parking in dc- parking garages do not fit handicap van we recommed this house - thanks again carlos

Our large family recently stayed in this house for a few days while we attended our daughter's graduation in DC. We were all very comfortable in this very clean and spacious home which is located in a quiet, neighborhood. The kitchen was beautiful and well suited for a home-cooked meal after a full day of sightseeing. A great way to cut costs! The house is very close to Mt. What a beautiful house and simply perfect for our large, sprawling family.The worksmanship is of the highest quality, and appliances, to utensils, to pots and pans top-notch. Fluffy white towels in every room and firm, comfortable mattresses made this even better than sleeping at home. On top of it all, Carlos is more than gracious and hospitable, he went out of his way to help us, from rides from the airport and metro station when we arrived, just so we could learn the lay of the land. What a great experience this was.

My family and I stayed here over the inauguration and we can't rave enough about it. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly gracious, the house was spotless, beds amazingly comfortable, and the massive kitchen perfect for family gatherings. If we have occasion to go to D.C. again, we most definitely will stay at Carlos Navia's place.
