Apartment in a private complex with parking, swimming pool, tennis and guard service. Set in a natural area called GRAN ALACANT, between the hills of Santa Pola, near the lighthouse and beatiful views of the whole bay. 11 kms. of beaches. The area enjoys an ideal temperature all year, a fact that makes bathing very pleasurable. This is also because of the pureness of it ''''''s waters, attested by the various blue flags awarded to its beaches.Santa Pola is known for its traditional and varied gastronomy, based on products from the sea: seafood and fish.

The beach, the sea and the Sierra form the best sports areas of Santa Pola, which has its own port, a nautical club, light sailing school, skin-diving centres, parapenting school, trekking routes, likewise, and facilities for courses in windsurfing and kitesurf etc.More of twenty golf courses with the signature of the most prestigious designers and champions of this sport, located in a typically mediterranean landscape. The Valencian community is a suitable destination in which to enjoy the best golf of Spain in an excellent climate all year round.

At 15 km. you can find ALICANTE ,also called ''''''City of light '''''', the capital of the Costa Blanca offers the most varied landscapes and the most enviable contrasts. A cultural city with wide parks, gardens and a city centre with lots of businesses, Alicante also enjoys night-life. At 20 km. the city of ELCHE holds more than one recognised Treasure to humanity. Just few miles by boat is Tabarca island, the only inhabited island in the Valencia Region; its waters have been declared a Mediterranean Marine Reserve, a paradise for those who like scuba diving.
The property (70m2) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom , american-equipped kitchen and sitting room . Gran Alacant is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas.The community has 2 adult swimming pools and 2 toddler pools, garden with long walking areas and a children playground. There is sloped access to all areas and therefore it is ideal for the young and old alike. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants,banks and other services.There is a hugely popular market each Saturday, again only 5 minute away by car. If you like night-life, then look no further than the lively Puerto area in Alicante a 15 minute stroll away. The flat is well connected by road . Airport is at 7 km.

It is conveniently located, offering an excellent base for day trips to most of the famous sites in the "COSTA BLANCA" and is only 1 min. away by car from the beach.

Very relaxing and pleasant vacation. Quite area but close to all ammenities. Amazing beach and views .
