Apartment in a private complex with parking, swimming pool, tennis and guard service. Set in a natural area called GRAN ALACANT, between the hills of Santa Pola, near the lighthouse and beatiful views of the whole bay. 11 kms. of beaches. The area enjoys an ideal temperature all year, a fact that makes bathing very pleasurable. This is also because of the pureness of it ''''''s waters, attested by the various blue flags awarded to its beaches.Santa Pola is known for its traditional and varied gastronomy, based on products from the sea: seafood and fish.

The beach, the sea and the Sierra form the best sports areas of Santa Pola, which has its own port, a nautical club, light sailing school, skin-diving centres, parapenting school, trekking routes, likewise, and facilities for courses in windsurfing and kitesurf etc.More of twenty golf courses with the signature of the most prestigious designers and champions of this sport, located in a typically mediterranean landscape. Gran Alacant is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas.The community has 2 adult swimming pools and 2 toddler pools, garden with long walking areas and a children playground. There is sloped access to all areas and therefore it is ideal for the young and old alike. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants,banks and other services.There is a hugely popular market each Saturday, again only 5 minute away by car. If you like night-life, then look no further than the lively Puerto area in Alicante a 15 minute stroll away. The flat is well connected by road . Airport is at 7 km.

It is conveniently located, offering an excellent base for day trips to most of the famous sites in the "COSTA BLANCA" and is only 1 min. away by car from the beach.

The seafood is an exquisite dish in any one of its varieties, principally shrimps, "cigalas" and the red prawns from the bay. Among the appetisers are salted fish: "mojama" and "bonito" (tuna), "hueva" (fish eggs), and "bacalao" (cod). Rice constitutes one of the largest chapters in this areas cooking: The "arroz a banda", "arroz negro", "paella de marisco" and "arròs y gatet".Santa Pola enjoys an ideal temperature all year, a fact that makes bathing very pleasurable.
