"Las Palmas" is an luxury 4 bedroom villa on an enclosed 1000m2 plot of land with it's own pool and mature walled garden which provides an ideal self catering holiday rental villa on a golf course on the Costa Blanca. It is situated at the end of a "cul de sac" in the Bonalba Golf village on the Costa Blanca just a few kilometres north of the cosmopolitan city of Alicante. Bonalba is a residential village built around the mature golf course that nestles at the foot of the Bonalba hills, just four miles/7 kilometres from the stunning beaches and clear blue seas of the Mediterranean. Whether you are looking for a golf course self catering villa rental or a villa near the beaches of the Costa Blanca in Spain this self catering accomodation will provide an ideal vacation property.
The house comprises:
Kitchen - (15m2), fully fitted with granite worktop, hob/range, oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extensive storage and all the saucepans, plates, cups, glasses & utensils that you will need. There are "french" doors to the patio, pool and garden. and off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine & microwave oven.
Lounge/Dining Room - (35m2), with 3 settees, coffee table, TV and cable/satellite connection, fireplace, dining table and 8 chairs and "french" doors to the patio, pool and garden.
Entrance Hall - (13m2), with doors to the lounge/dining room, shower room/toilet and kitchen and stairs to the upper floor where you will find:
Master Bedroom - (17m2) with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, an en suite bathroom (7m2) with bath, separate shower, toilet, bidet and twin wash basins.
