Description of the Aliso Viejo vacation townhouse rental

This is a 2000 sq. ft. home that is beautifully furnished from top to bottom. Relax and unwind in the huge master bedroom that offers a balcony to enjoy the summer nights, jetted tub to message your body and a fire place for a romantic night. The other two upstairs bedrooms are nicely furnished and have lots of books, games and toys available for all children.

Downstairs has amazing ambiance in every room. The family room features a 60" flat screen TV for movie viewing that feels like you in the theater. Dining room will make you feel like your dining out at your favorite restaurant. The living room will make you feel right at home in elegant comfort. Lastly the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including stainless steel appliances, TV, Italian coffee maker and wine closet.

The backyard is very private with lavish landscaping, fountain and BBQ. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day and do some star gazing

The pool is a minute away by foot and has everything you need to enjoy a great summer. Pool is only open to a small amount of home owners in the association.

Area Information

Alsio Viejo is perfectly located in between Los Angelos and San Diejo. Just 7 miles from world famous Laguna Beach known to be the city of arts. 25 minutes from Disneyland and 15 minutes from John Wayne airport. 55 miles North to Hollywood and Universal studios and 65 miles South to Sea World and San Diejo Zoo. Aliso Viejo golf course is in walking distance and many other beautiful golf courses less the 10 minutes away. If you enjoy hiking there are many different trails all around the city to enjoy mountain and ocean views. I Max theater and many great restaurants are at the Town Center just 5 minutes away. Dana Point Harbor is 10 minutes away for fishing, jet ski, kayak or boat rental. 1 hour to Catalina Island by boat tour from Dana Point.

Aliso Viejo is built on many rolling hills that gives you the feeling your in Italy. The landscaped hills are incredible to look at as your walking or driving around town.

The Condo/House was a home away from home. We extremely enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything at our disposal. Only drawback both spare bedrooms had only twin beds and one of the air mattress had a leak.. Other than that we loved all the space there is to offer. Just would be much better if there was another full size bed for another couple instead of air mattress. Would definitely rent this condo again. Love the area. Simply beautiful.
