The Master Bedroom offers a TempurPedic King bed with a full size dresser, two nightstands, hers and his closets, fireplace and balcony with view off the bedroom. Master Bedroom offers a Jacuzzi tub, shower and double sinks with granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom offers privacy on the other side of the home from the Master Bedroom, in addition to a Serta “Perfect Sleeper” queen bed with two nightstands and one large closet. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin "firm" beds - perfect for two children or two adults, nightstand and large closet. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, bath and single sink.
In the kitchen all appliances are stainless steel along with granite countertops. There are two ovens(the main oven/stove is high grade commercial gas), dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, etc. and a sit down bar.
There are two living spaces, one is a den and the other is the living room. Both are provided with overstuffed couches and televisions if you need two separate areas to enjoy your own space. Both rooms are separated by the dining room that looks out to the spacious patio area and views.
The patio is large, private and peaceful which offers a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite meal while having a glass of wine/beer/cocktail and reading a good book! The patio is nicely landscaped and offers palm trees, deck, two eating areas and several lounge chairs in order to make sure you relax and enjoy your tropical surroundings.
If you love to golf there are many wonderful courses within a short drive, Strawberry Farms, San Juan Hills Golf Club, Coyote Hills, Tustin Ranch Golf Club, Anaheim Hills and Pelican Hill Resort.
Aliso Viejo is a great location as it is easy access to both the 5 and 405 freeways in addition to the 73 Toll Road which conveniently takes you to John Wayne Airport - SNA(10 min), Long Beach Airport - LGB (30 min) and Los Angeles - LAX (45 min). Our local town center includes many great restaurants, Ralph’s Grocery Store and an IMAX Theatre which is only minutes away.

We were very fortunate to have had such a lovely and inviting home to call ours while my family and I were in Southern California. It was located between LA & San Diego which was great because we went to both and, the area had everything we needed. It was spacious, VERY comfortable & the back patio was my favorite place. We had coffee & breakfast there in the mornings and memorable dinners there at night. Anyone staying here won't be disappointed!
