Large, comfortable, individually designed modern family home in a quiet part of the rural village of Alton. Five minutes walk from shops, post office and pubs and five minutes drive from Alton Towers. Alton is located in the Staffordshire Moorlands on the edge of the Peak District a half an hour drive from Derby and the Stoke-on-Trent Potteries.
This is a very spacious house with four bedrooms, one super king-size with ensuite, one king- size, one double and one room with a double sofa bed with single bunk above and a single bed. Two further bathrooms, one with a luxury steam shower. Two large living rooms one with a wood stove and one with a...tv.

A large kitchen/dining room with range cooker, dishwasher and microwave and large American style fridge freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser. The dining room opens on to a wooden decked side garden with outdoor dining area. A utility room with washer and dryer. A playroom and a study.
The front and rear gardens have steep drops and are unsuitable for toddlers, however there are enclosed areas outdoors on either side of the house and plenty of room for crawling and exploring inside.
