You are 1 mile from the ocean beaches and 1 mile from bay beaches. Master bedroom has queen size bed with private bath, 32" TV, 2nd bedroom has full bed and 3rd bedroom has a twin. Family room with half bath, can sleep 2 to 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with counter area for eating - dinning room seats 8. Living room has 52" TV and entertainment center. Home is bright, hard wood floors, air conditioned. All appliances are new/washer and dryer on lower level. Deck and lawn furniture are supplied, gas grill for outside cooking, bicycles for use along with exercise equipment stored in garage. No animals or smokers please.
