This is a dune area where the ocean almost meets the bay.
You can take a wagon and walk 2 blocks and you are on
the ocean.. a seafood restaurant is within walking distance.
You are 2.5 hours away from NY City via train or luxury bus.
No honky tonk atmosphere but controlled country atmosphere in all the surrounding towns with wonderful shopping, wineries, and
top tier restaurants.

Harvest Restaurant, Duryeas and Dave's Grill top restaurants, Montauk, Montauk Downs, Robert Trent Jones designed state golf course with reasonable rates. Deep sea top fishing out of Montauk, beautiful towns with curbed development.
