Description of the Ambra Bucine vacation home rental

Set amidst the beautiful countryside between Chianti Aretino and Chianti Senese, close to Siena, Caste di Broglio and Castel Nuovo Berardenga.
Peace, relax and privacy are guaranteed.

Borgo rosa has been recently renewed and it opened on the 16th of July 2006. The house ,a typical XIX century farmhouse, has been divided into three beautiful apartments(la Grotta 130m2 -6+3 - Il Lillà 129 m2 -4+2 Il Gallo 130m2 6)) all tastefully finished and furnished with antique and contemporary furniture. TV Sat. Internet connection.
A large garden shaded on one side by old trees, surround the property, there many relaxing areas with sun umbrellas , tables and chairs. Every apartment has its own outside space. On one side of the house facing the garden there is a rustic porch,128 m2, that on one side has an open air Gym( Wall bar, bench, multifunction muscle building machine, stepper, boxing sac, punching ball. Tennis table, mechanical soccer) on the other a BBQ area with tables and chairs. Communal Laundry room with ironing facility. BBQ.
La Grotta 130 m2 (6 +3 pax )
Ground floor apartment, with independent entrance giving into a walk through den with double sofa bed. One spacious matrimonial bedroom, one medium matrimonial bedroom, one single room . Large fitted kitchen and dining room, large sitting room, and a real grotto that can be used as a summer cool dining room.Fully equipped Kitchen.
Equipment: refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, 5 hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, percolator, kettle, tea pot,bread ttoaster, plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and all is needed to cook and eat at home.


Il Lilla 127 m2 (4 +2 pax)
Ground floor apartment. Small hall, one matrimonial bedroom +bathroom w/shower, one bedroom with twin beds & bathroom with shower, sitting room w/ matrimonial sofa bed and confortable armchairs. Extra bathroom with shower. Cosy kitchen with real working fireplace.
Equipment: refrigerator+freezer, 4 hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, kitchen mixer, percolator, kettle, tea pot, bread toaster,plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and all is needed to cook and eat at home..

Il Gallo 130m2 (6+ 1 pax)
First floor apartment. Entrance from a cozy landing with liberty sofa and armchairs ,small balcony, spacious kitchen /dining room. Two matrimonial bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
Equipment: refrigerator and freezer, 4 hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, percolator, kettle, tea pot,bread toaster, plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and all is needed to cook and eat at home.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE,OR A SINGLE UNIT.

The house is inside the prestigious "villa a Sesta Polo Club" From every side you will see the sweet Chianti hills.The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only four kilometers from the nice medieval hamlet of Ambra. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo and Siena, they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .Every place of interest is within driving distance.The shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands : such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G ,Armani, and many others....

you will find plenty of restaurants where you will be able to taste the typical tuscan cuisin.
I am a good cook and i will be more than happy to teach you some of my grandmtother secrets.
if you need privacy you will have plenty, but if you need advice we will always be there for you.
